Yes!

Simply tap the "View Passes" button in the Mobile App and select your new pass level. You should see the difference in the cost according to your current pass level.


There are a couple of different scenarios to take into account when downgrading only:

  • If you have automatic renew enabled, your pass level will be changed for your next cycle.
    • For Example: If you have a "Gold Pass" that expires next Tuesday and want to downgrade to "Bronze Pass", you will remain on a "Gold Pass" until Tuesday and when your pass is renewed on Wednesday you will be charged at the "Bronze Pass" level.
  • If you have automatic renew disabled, you cannot downgrade until your pass has expired
    • For Example: If you have a "Gold Pass" that expires next Tuesday and want to downgrade to "Bronze Pass", you will not be able to purchase the "Bronze Pass" until your current "Gold Pass" expires.
